What You’ll Do

As the technical lead, you’ll be the engine behind our underground success:

• Drive mine planning and scheduling using Deswik
• Oversee technical quality and ensure compliance
• Lead improvement projects and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with operations to deliver safe, efficient outcomes

What You Bring

• Mining Engineering degree
• Proven underground experience in development & production
• Strong Deswik CAD & Scheduler skills
• Project execution expertise—ready to step into leadership
• Manual driver’s licence and a “Consider it done—safely” mindset
